We carefully appraise each new team member to ensure they’re the right fit before joining us. This helps create our unique and diverse culture, with a commitment to shared international values.
We maintain our smooth, connected 24-hour operation through constant communication and regular trips between our hubs in the USA, Panama, the UK, Romania and New Zealand.
Our company reflects our vision for the world: sharing skills, knowledge and ideas across borders. We work hard to protect our culture and working environment through internal events and communications.
Pleinairmoab is committed to fully developing each person’s talents and helping them reach their potential. We’re proud of the fact that most of our Senior Managers have worked their way up through the company.
Training programs, such as our SPACE initiative, ensure staff in all our departments stay informed and up-to-date. We have our own Sales Academy, where qualifiers can train to become Account Managers. Pleinairmoab often invites business experts to lead dedicated programs, fostering a culture of continual learning and development.
We like to compare Pleinairmoab to an extended family. In fact, we already have several families and couples working together within the company.
We always welcome feedback on any aspect of working with the Pleinairmoab team.
Meet some of the team members who will work with you to deliver your translation.
Account Manager (AM)
Your AM will be your first point of contact, handling the broader issues relating to your account. This includes your tailored pricing structure, levels of service and the briefing process.
Project Manager (PM)
Your PM will coordinate the translator(s) and proofreader(s) for your project, and is responsible for ensuring each translation is delivered on time.
Linguist Manager (LM)
Our LMs recruit and continually assess our team of professional translators and proofreaders. They monitor and grade their work, and identify the best person for each job.
Language Combination Controller (LCC)
Our LCCs continually monitor and rate our translators, ensuring they meet high quality standards. They grade the linguists on our database, considering customer feedback, to ensure the best qualified translator is selected for a given subject.
TMs handle all the technical, non-translation aspects of a project. They resolve any tricky issues with file formats, plan workflows and integrate our technology with content management systems.
